This series is a deep dive into the life of a cheerful tomboy, a passionate kindergarten teacher with two dogs, who embraces the pleasures of life with zest. Outside of work, she loves to stay active with sports, make new friends, play the piano, and cook delicious meals. As a Virgo, she takes great pride in keeping her apartment tidy and organized. Her infectious passion for life shines through in every interaction, leaving an impact on everyone she meets.

However, beneath this vibrant exterior lies a sensitive and lonely soul. Often, she can be found gazing out blankly from her balcony, walking her dogs late at night, or drinking alone in quiet moments. Despite knowing each other for a long time, when I began photographing her, she was unexpectedly bashful and shy. Instead of using the camera to direct her, I communicated with her through the heart, striving to capture her true essence.

The visual narrative of this series is composed with big settings and loose compositions, with each scene aiming to reflect her personality. The surroundings—a campus playground, her balcony, the streets—are places where she often finds herself alone. Through these perspectives, I sought to understand her life at a distance, capturing moments not just from an outsider's point of view, but also from the perspective of her friends and others who are part of her world. This exploration of her daily life, coupled with the stillness and solitude she experiences, is central to the story that unfolds in these images.
