Mycelial Body examines the porous boundary between human and fungal life, imagining the body as a site of infiltration, coexistence, and transformation. Fungi emerge through the skin, from the mouth, or across the face, not as invasive threats, but as extensions of an already unstable body. Rejecting the notion of the body as a closed, self-contained entity, the series draws on the logic of mycelial networks: diffuse, relational, and without a single centre. Identity is no longer fixed, but dispersed across surfaces and connections that exceed the human form. Through restrained compositions and close attention to texture, the images propose a quiet yet unsettling intimacy. The body becomes a host, a landscape, and a threshold where distinctions between self and other begin to dissolve.
